Brand Video: Dr. T Pott’s Tea Shop

Challenge

At NCR, we needed content for brand awareness and prospect education that differentiated complex SaaS solutions in an engaging way. The brand also needed a friendlier, edgier tone to speak to small business owners.

Action

I developed several quirky characters, ideated on creative concepts, secured a talented video agency, wrote much of the script and worked with some talented folks to make this video – and others in this series – a reality.

I chose a tea shop because the solution was particularly good for counter-service beverage businesses.

Result

The brand video series received hundreds of thousands of views and served as the No. 1 source of traffic to the website from Facebook for a year. These videos were also used by sales staff to help nurture leads.
